How do I return or exchange an online order?

To initiate an exchange, kindly submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to info@sundaystory.com , including your order number and the reason for your exchange. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. At this time, we do not provide refunds. Please note that your item(s) must be in the same condition you received it. It should be unworn and unused, including all tags and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for more detail.

What happens if my package is lost?

At the moment, we offer shipping within Canada, to the United States and the UK. 
Once the carrier collects your package, they become responsible for any potential loss or misplacement. Should that be the case, however, we are happy to help initiate an investigation with the carrier to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

What should I do if a promo code isnt working?

Sometimes technical difficulties can get in the way of us providing the best care for you. Please get in touch with info@sundaystory.com if you are having difficulty with a promo code at checkout. 

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within two hours from the time you complete the checkout process. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that if your request exceeds this window, the original order will be processed and shipped as planned. What is the estimated shipping time to receive my order?

Our goal is to ship your online order within 5-7 business days from. the date we receive your order (excluding holidays and weekends). However, we experience higher order volumes during sale or promotion periods and the turnaround time may extend up to 10 business days. Where are your garments made?

Once your order is received, you will be sent a confirmation and tracking number via email. If, for some reason you dont, please get in touch with info@sundaystory.com.




Our clothing generally fits true to size. To ensure your child gets the most wear from the garment, we recommend sizing up if you're unsure. Please refer to our Size Guide to determine the right fit for your little one(s). 

We pre-shrink all of our fabric, but like any cotton garments, there may still be additional minimal shrinkage. For best results, we suggest laundering in warm water with a mild detergent and drying on tumble dry or extremely low heat. 




All of our clothing is proudly designed and manufactured in Toronto, Canada. Our fabric is knit locally in B.C, Canada, from GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton and sustainable materials such as lyocell and bamboo. We promise to put sustainability and ethical manufacturing at the forefront of our endeavours.
